Paragraph 3
The segregation of the classes deepens when shortages of food and goods threaten the lower classes. This would obviously create negative feelings towards the Chiléan government for letting this happen to its country's citizens. "Meanwhile, Blanca had organized a network for obtaining provisions through the black market and her contacts in the working-class neighborhood where she went to teach ceramics to the women. She had to work and worry for every bar of soap or bag of bag of sugar she could find." (p. 350)
*i realize this isn't long enough nor is it fully supported.
**Next paragraph: Allende creates parallels to her own life when the president of the socialist party gets shot, just as her own father, Salvatore Allende, had gotten shot when he was president of Chilé. ...other political/military points: Rosa's death, the coup... etc?
***New thesis statement? Allende has a negative view of Chilé's political system and expresses this view through several aspects of The House of the Spirits. ??? i don't know...any ideas?

Don't worry, I know you seem to have lost confidence in your ability to write your thesis paper, but you really do have good ideas and a great writing style, you just need a bit of organization.
Perhaps the reason why you've felt so scattered and confused by your thesis is that your whole topic is too broad. If you focus it, I think you'll find that your thoughts will be clearer and more easy to present.
In my opinion, it seems as though most of the evidence that you have seems to be mainly about the divisions amoung the social classes. If you just focus on that, I think you'll have more than enough information to get a good paper. Perhaps your thesis could go something like "Allende shows resentment toward the political systems of Chile through the divisions and conflicts of the different social classes". Or something better worded.
Good luck, hope this helps.
You seem to want to trace the rise of the peasant class to create the socialist party, in other words the Garcia family line. Start with Pedro Garcia and continue analysing and comparing paragraph by paragraph through Pedro Segundo and Pedre Tercero. This progression will show how the conditions created by the conservatives causes the reaction of the peasants to seek resitution, to seek more power or something like that.
